The team must also agree on common ground as a basis for coming together in the process of creating a conductive teamwork atmosphere. Therefore, a team must develop the motivation and spirit towards acquiring "can-do" attitudes that will enhance teamwork processes. This program aim at setting the foundation for the team to continuously engage in the process of working together for winning together.
