QMS-01: ISO 9001 Awareness

QMS-02: Understanding, Developing and Implementing Of ISO 9001
This course is designed for all quality professionals or management staffs who are likely or currently involved in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2008 Standard or its equivalent.
At the end of these learning modules, participants will be able to:
- provide participants with an overview of the principles of quality and quality management.
- provide a clear understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
- give guidance on the development of a documented quality management system including the preparation of quality manuals, procedures and work instructions.

QMS-03: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
This course enables the participants to understand, develop and implement an in-house Quality Audit program that fulfills the requirements for Internal Quality Audit. Internal Quality Audit serves as a management tools to ensure the continuing appropriateness and effectiveness of the quality system implemented and identify areas for continuous improvement.
At the end of these learning modules, participants will be able to:
- an understanding of ISO 9001: 2008 requirements and its application.
- an understanding of the requirements and importance of Internal Audits within a Quality System.

This workshop is designed to give the awareness, guidance and practical advice in interpreting, establishing and amending the documented Quality Management System accordance to the new revision requirements and processes for ISO 9001:2008 Standard. This workshop will enhance and provide a practical approach to understanding the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

QMS-05: Quality Management Representative
This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding and guidance in implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 Standard. It is also to provide participants with an understanding the roles and responsibilities as a Quality Management Representative.

- Auditors and management representative who are responsible for planning, organizing and conducting audits based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
- Company personnel who are likely or currently involved in implementing and maintaining a quality management system to meet the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
- Newly appointed Quality Management Representative.

QMS-06: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
This course is a practical and intensive course for training quality professionals to lead and manage third and second party audits of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The learning process will include a series of tutorials, interactive class sessions, a major case study and role playing exercises, culminating in both practical and written examinations.
This course aims to enable participants to:
- understand the purpose of a Quality Management System, the content and interrelationship of ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and ISO 19011 and the application of the 8 Quality Management Principles.
- correctly interpret the ISO 9001:2008 requirements and the assessment requirements.
- how to plan and perform an audit, report findings, conduct opening and closing meetings, establish follow-up action and manage an audit team.
- have the necessary skills and the experience to lead and manage your own audits.
- recognize the responsibilities of auditor / lead auditor and auditee.
