FSSI-01 : FSSC 22000 Awareness
FSSC 22000 combines ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 220:2008 into a comprehensive food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and prerequisite programs. Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 220:2008 is a standard which specifies requirements for prerequisite programmes to assist in controlling food safety risks within the manufacturing processes of international food supply chains. PAS is intended to be used in conjunction with ISO 22000:2005, food safety management systems. One of ISO 22000 specific food safety requirements is that organizations establish, implement and maintain prerequisite programmes (PRP) to assist in controlling food safety hazards. PAS 220:2008 has been developed to be used to support management systems designed to meet the requirements specified in ISO 22000, and sets out the detailed requirements for those prerequisite programmes.This course is designed for participants to understand the requirements of food safety management system with newly published specification - PAS 220:2008 in conjunction with ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System.

FSSC-02 : Understanding, Developing and Implementing Of FSSC 22000
This course provides a solid practical understanding of the requirements of a food safety management system in accordance with ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 220. This course will enable participants to develop and implement a practical documented system to comply with FSSC 22000.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- implement a food safety management system that will be compliant to FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000 and PAS 220).
- learn and understand the requirements of ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 220.
- understand the monitoring and documentation requirements for PAS 220.
- recognize international food safety management system certification processes through a benchmarking process.

FSSC-03 : FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor
This course enables participants to learn how to plan and conduct internal food safety system certification audits. This course is designed for newly appointed auditors who need an understanding of how to apply internal auditing in food safety. This course provides participants with the skills needed to successfully conduct internal audits.
Upon completion of the course, participants will able to:
- comply to the PAS 220:2008 requirements and ISO 22000:2005 Standard by applying the Process Approach to your quality.
- form an audit team.
- an understand of responsibilities of internal auditors.
- conduct an audit meeting.
- have sufficient information and materials to develop and plan an internal audit program.
- conduct internal audits by collect and analyze evidence and reports the results of an audit.
